4年100億保證融資能加速危屋重建？專家這樣說 Jul 19th 2018, 13:58 《危老條例》去（2017）年5月通過至今，全台僅有41件提出申請，與今年內政部設定推動500案目標「差很大」，而為了解決住戶無力負擔的資金鏈問題，內政部日前與經濟部信保基金簽訂契約，自今年起到2021年，信保基金共提供100億元額度的融資信用保證、每戶最高300萬保證貸款，讓危老重建的住戶，有望達到「零出資」。 《詳全文...》
